It's National Clown Week, and for many, this conjures images of extreme horror (AAAAHHHH!). Somewhere between learning of John Wayne Gacy and the 43rd viewing of "Killer Klowns From Outer Space," the entity known for bringing joy to children's parties and car dealership openings became a symbol of murderous mayhem. So to help solidify clowns as harbingers of evil, we're marking clown week by presenting one of the more overwrought pranks the Sci-Fi channel show "Scare Tactics" ever pulled off.
