Jason Biggs suffered all sorts of indignities during the raunchy "American Pie" franchise, but fortunately none of them involved a monkey. The actor is no longer so lucky in his off-screen life, as a trip he made to Gibraltar with co-star Eddie Kaye Thomas (AKA Finch) to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the sex comedy that made both of their careers turned apes-gone-wild after a monkey jumped from a tree and attempted to bite Biggs's face off.
According to Thomas's rep, Eddie Kaye "saved the day" by fending off the simian attack and preventing Biggs from serious injury. Although the experience was still tramatic enough for Biggs to decide to cut his vacation short and return to home to America.
Stifler is going to have a field day with this one.

It wasn't a chimpanzee, it was a spider monkey for cripes sake, it must of weighed 2 lbs.

You are SO dumb!! Terry's right, they are Barbary apes -- think of a baboon, those larger ones with scary teeth. They have lost their fear of man, and they are very strong. I don't blame the guy for cutting short his vacation there.

Obviously you didnt hear about the woman who was brutally attacked by her friends pet monkey that ripped HER arm off and started to beat her with it. She is savagely damaged and her face is beyond repair. Look her up and shut up.

Hey I've been there with my family and these apes were bigger than my 4 year old daughter. The apes are loose, everywhere. They tried to attack her when she came too close to them and luckily my husband picked her up and made a dash for the car.
They are VERY aggressive and mean.

The monkey knew what he was doing. He saw a nut and he went for it.

I lived In Gibraltar for years and it was a Barbary Ape that jumped on him, they do it all the time to try to get food, nuts or cameras, if you let them have what they want they will not harm you, at worst you will get a bite not your face torn off. all you do to get your items back is see the keeper

I also used to live there. We had the Barbarys over for dinner many times. They really don't like human and prefer chicken instead. They must have thought Jason was a large roasting chicken. I still have their number and will call them to get the details. I hate it when lies are told about friends of mine.

I've been to Gibraltar and monkeys roam free. They go after anybody that attracts their attention for whatever reason like being threatened and/or go after your food or things, if it interests them.
I also have a pet monkey and I know he is very smart and know when to protect his/or our territory when threatened.
