Eighty percent of people surveyed said they had no problem with stealing from work. The online study of more than 15,000 also found that only 43 percent thought it was dishonest for a caregiver to persuade a dying person to leave them something in their will, and that 13 percent have shoplifted from a store.
On the other hand, there was little tolerance for women who buy a dress and then return it after wearing it, with 80 percent of respondents marking that as dishonest.
No word on whether the online survey givers felt it was dishonest to steal participants' time with yet another online survey.
