In what might be the most medical-looking of modern technology, Sony has rolled out the Uterus. Oh sorry, we mean the W Series Walkman MP3 player. What makes this one different, aside from its puzzling shape?

The W Series is totally wearable, so you won't choke yourself while running to the bus stop. The cables are built into the music player, which supports MP3, AAC and WMV.

The Wireless Walkman ($100) comes in five colors, and holds 2 GB of music. No FM radio like the classic yellow Walkman, but here's the awesome thing: Its quick charge will let you get up to 90 minutes of playback on a three-minute charge. A full charge should give you 12 hours. [via Aleptu]
