Thanks to Brett Erlich's "Viral Video Film School" we're up to date on the most fascinatingly bizarre trends on YouTube. In Brett's latest offering, we were excited to see his breakdown of the crazy-neighbor genre. This sort of video involves people surreptitiously taping those who live around them doing the darnedest things.

As an added bonus, we're also featuring a vid of a two neighbors brawling, and by "brawling" we mean one idiot taunts while the other bides his time before laying the idiot out with a vicious jab.


Below is our favorite new edition to the crazy neighbor YouTube phenomenon. (If you can make it through a couple minutes of lead-up, there's a really nice payoff. Trust us.)
