You may recall that JetBlue offered up a month-long pass deal recently, wherein you could fly anywhere JetBlue flies for about $600. Unlimited travel, for one month. Deciding that was too awesome a deal to pass up, Brendan Ross took them up on it with the help of Wired.com.

They paid for the pass and Ross opted to spend a full 30 days traveling to 40 cities with his laptop and a camera in tow so he could chronicle the event. The rules of the game are simple -- whenever Ross isn't on a plane, he has to be in an airport, for one solid month. He can fly and he can wait to fly, nothing else.

Known as Terminal Man, he's posted regular updates of his travels and plans to take more than 70 flights in total when it's all done. The problems with his schedule so far have been a lack of sleep, as apparently most airports aren't really designed for a quiet night, and the odd boot from airport security. Presumably airplane food is also another issue he has to deal with, but the prospect of coast-to-coast dysentery seems kind of amusing.

During his time, of which he has a lot to fill, he's investigated where lost luggage goes, run afoul of dogs and chatted with just about anyone and everyone who has any kind of involvement with an airport while trying his best to stave off madness.

His trip is just about over now and his future plans are to become an air traffic controller, assuming he's not disgusted by the sight of airports when all is said is done. Here's hoping he bags a stewardess at some point, too.
