90. Hayden Panettiere
The dolphin-saving cheerleader has yet to fulfill her promise as a Lohan-like child-star-turned-tabloid-train-wreck. And her liver thanks her for that.

89. Denise Richards
We've always known that Richards possessed the superficial qualities that appeal to the typical male. But this year, in a well-received Funny or Die clip celebrating her "funbags," she also displayed that she possesses a good sense of humor about possessing those superficial qualities.

88. Laetitia Casta
It's a good thing we're long past that whole "freedom fry" stage, because now we can appreciate Casta -- who is so French she was used as the model for France's national emblem -- without feeling like we're letting down the Stars and Stripes.

87. Alyssa Milano
Milano got married this year -- which always helps with the hits. She's also Alyssa Frickin' Samantha Micelli Milano, which means millions of guys who came of age during the '80s check up on her like they would an old girlfriend.

86. Carmen Electra
You probably know that her name isn't really Carmen Electra. It would be weird if it was. But did you know that the model/actress is also a singer, whose second album drops in October? We didn't. Now we do.

85. Anne Hathaway
She's beautiful and talented and all that, but then there was the whole episode with the con-man boyfriend who wasn't even a celebrity or very good-looking. It kind of makes you think, if you happened to run into Hathaway somewhere, might you have a shot?

84. Cameron Diaz
The pinnacle of Cameron Diaz was "There's Something About Mary" -- a movie so funny, an actress so appealing, that it had to be downhill from there. Yet Cameron Diaz made the decision to continue to exist. And, a decade later, this ranking is testament to that preservation.

83. Gisele Bündchen
She's a Brazilian supermodel with a Brady-bun in the oven, and all is great. But remember, New England fans, all those Lombardi trophies came back in the Bridget Moynahan era. If the Patties come up short this season, we're calling for a Bündchen backlash.

82. Julianne Hough
The cute-as-a-button 21-year-old has foxtrotted her way into America's heart as one of the professionals on ABC's "Dancing With the Stars." Hough also has a successful country music career, and will make her bid to become an honest-to-goodness triple threat next year, when she plays the love interest in the "Footloose" remake.

81. Hilary Duff
An inter-generational war of words ensued after Faye Dunaway, the most famous of the celluloid Bonnie Parkers, said Duff lacked the acting chops to play the title role in the upcoming film "The Bonnie and Clyde Story." Duff struck back by attacking the aging legend's looks. We agree with Dunaway -- there would be something absurd about Lizzie McGuire toting a Tommy Gun.
