When it comes to manly spa treatments (oxymoron?), the beer bath at least combines one of our favorite vices with all that ladylike pampering. (Then again, so does the coffee enema.)

While a 25-minute session drenched in suds costs a pretty reasonable 50 bucks, we're just not sure we could ever bring ourselves to fork over cash for such a seemingly simple concept.

Not to mention that you're probably going to have to fly to Austria or the Czech Republic to get one because, from what we can gather, the bubbly procedure is not offered in the United States. So what's a person who wants to find out if bathing in barley really is good for the skin and hair, but doesn't want to burn their frequent flier miles, to do?

Well, if you have a bathtub, you probably also know where to get beer. Using the one part beer one part water formula the experts adhere to, you would need 20 gallons of beer to properly full a standard tub. With a keg checking in at just under 16 gallons, we calculate it would cost about 190 bucks to bathe yourself in a higher-end import like Guinness, but only 65 bucks to swim in a tub of Natural Light.

So at least until this trend hits the states, it seems like the best option for Americans is a Natty Lite special. Of course, beer snobs will probably claim you get the same soothing effects pissing in the tub. What beer would you choose to bathe in?
