There's an illegal, unauthorized race that takes place in New York each year where all the contestants hide their identities with costumes. No, this isn't the latest installment of the "Fast and Furious" franchise, this is the Big Wheel Race in Central Park organized by Fluffy McFluffster, where nerd dress in superhero costumes to race homemade scooters. Asylum corespondent Brian Childs infiltrated the ring of corruption and insanity to report on this underground phenomenon.
