What's better than a good-looking gal holding a butcher knife? A pretty lady with a butcher knife who also happens to be teaching you how to fix a good meal. That's why Asylum is saluting Nadia G. from Bitchin' Kitchen, for keeping our attention on her cooking show by employing a bunch of strange accents, props, sex jokes and tweets.

Bitchin Kitchen's webisodes cover everything from "Geek Grillade" to "One-Night-Stand Breakfasts" with fast-paced kitchen demos. We just watched a punk-rock-referencing "Underdog Veggies" episode, and we'll never look at parsnips the same again. Nadia and her crazy Canadian crew also give out recipes, Twitpics from the set, and cooking news via @bitchinkitchen on Twitter.

My friends would be surprised to know that I: Stalk them on Facebook whenever I'm bored. And I'm not talking a light status skim, I'm talking "wall to wall" convo tracking, in-depth photo album analysis, you know, creepy stuff like that. *cough*

Five people I'd like to have dinner with (living or dead) are: Chelsea Handler, Mario Batali, Chris Farley, that dude from the ShamWow commericals, Chuck Palaniuk.

My favorite thing about Asylum.com is: It's a men's site that women can really enjoy.

If Asylum.com was an animal, it would definitely be a: A hawk, one of those hawks wearing a cute little leather hat, you know the ones...
