Herbert Bristol admits he has a problem with alcohol, and never has it been more apparent than when he drove his car through the front entrance of the local courthouse, down the hall and into the lobby of the building. From there, he parked the car, got out and lit up a smoke before walking away.

On the video he seems completely indifferent to the event as he looks around briefly before leaving the scene, but apparently he didn't even remember the event until someone told him they saw him on TV.

Bristol has since been charged with several offenses including leaving the scene of an accident. Once he found out what happened he turned himself in.
