Demonstrating his brute strength and laughing in the faces of bald men everywhere, strongman Manjit Singh set a new world record by pulling a double-decker bus more than 23 yards using only his hair.

The 59-year-old Englishman, using a clamp attached to his ponytail, dragged the seven ton London bus 69 feet, 7 inches to set a new Guinness World Record.

"It was painful, but it was worth it," Singh said. "I could only think about my legs and head and keeping on going to set a record, to go as far as I could."

According to Singh, he didn't undergo any special training regimen to prep for the event. "I just use shampoo," he said.

His world record comes just two years after his failed attempt to set a similar record by pulling a bus using only his ears. Check out the video for a true example of some full-bodied hair.
