November 19 is International Men's Day, a time for guys around the world to celebrate their achievements and fight against the discrimination of their fellow men folk.

Not everyone, however, thinks that the XY-chromosome combo is at the apex of its existence. Brett and Kate McKay are a husband-and-wife duo on a quest to improve today's man, who they believe has devolved recently. They run a blog and have published a book, both titled "The Art of Manliness." Through both media, they offer "advice on how to recapture the kind of honorable and traditional manliness that was once celebrated and has now been forgotten."

Think about it -- what ever happened to chivalry? When's the last time you attempted to woo a lady the old-fashioned way? Do you even know how to start a fire without matches or tie a proper knot?

So, in honor of today's manly holiday, Asylum is giving away copies of "The Art of Manliness" to help guys who might need to man up on the skills essential to be an urbane male. Read on for your chance to win.
