The post-apocalyptic world of the "Mad Max" trilogy might be a horrible and unforgiving place, but who doesn't want to fly around in a gyrocopter? At the one-off Road Warrior weekend, held in the High Desert east of Los Angeles, fans captured the spirit of the George Miller epics by dusting off their crossbows, dressing up in black leather, rigging their hot rods with police sirens and holding mock "two men enter, one man leaves" Thunderdome battles.
