Last week, the domain name "Russia.com," which only gets about 9,000 visitors a month, sold for $1.5 million. After we were done daydreaming about a site filled with borscht recipes and pictures of ultra-hot Russian models, we got curious.

Russia.com might be a bit out of our price range, but what country domain name could we afford? There are nearly 200 countries in the world and while many of the the domains have already been registered, many of them are still for sale.

For instance, if your love of Lesotho needs to extend to the Web, you can purchase Lesotho.com for a mere $300,000. If you're sitting on a fatter bankroll, you could pick up Namibia.com or BurkinaFaso.com for $600K each. Angola.com is going to cost you a cool million, however.

All well and good, but still on the pricey side. If you absolutely have to have a country.com today and don't want to take out a second mortgage or get into a bidding war for it, then rush on over to GoDaddy.com where you can get svalbardandjanmayenislands.com for only $10.69.

Alternately, you could make an offer on Iraq.com. It's currently for sale with no list price, so you never know; they might take $20 and a case of beer for it.
