Yup, you read that headline correctly. This Sunday, Dec. 6, is the second annual (!) event featuring a concert of all 185 original Beatles songs played on ukuleles. Roger Greenawalt will head up the act with help from 60 guest singers (including Ryan Miller of Guster), 80 visiting musicians and 16 Yoko impersonators. It's an all-day affair (from noon to midnight) at Brooklyn Bowl for just $10 at the door. Of course, those armed with their own ukies will get in free at 11 a.m. and be treated to a special tutorial, which brings up the question: How many people actually own a ukulele? Nevertheless, dancing like a maniac to a four-stringed version of "Help" could be more interesting than watching the Giants loose to Dallas.
