Who's this handsome guy clutching one of Asylum's manly restaurant awards? Why, it's the owner of Kingdom Restaurant in Miami, Justin R. Hughes II! He sent us a picture showing off his manly certificate (along with some of the less-prestigious honors he's received).
Back in August, Asylum readers helped us elect the manliest restaurants in the country by combing through at the most testosterone-charged eateries by region. One lucky winner was eventually crowned Manliest Restaurant in America. Kingdom was nominated into this elite group on the basis of its "Burger the Size of a Toddler's Head."
According to Hughes and his wife Tracy, Asylum's Manly Restaurant award "is confirmation of five years daily hard work paying off ... [We] feel privileged to receive this honor."
We appreciate the photo, Kingdom! Keep doing what you do best: filling bellies with 24-ounce Doomsday Burgers.
