Ever wondered what Asylum's holiday party is like? After the first drink, it's only moments before innocent references like "yule log" and "secret Santa" become awkward euphemisms.

If you're in New York on Wednesday, Dec. 16, join us at The Delancey for an evening of stand-up and stories featuring Comedy Central veterans Dan Allen, Tom Shillue, Ophira Eisenberg, Adam Wade and Costaki Economopoulous. Plus, Asylum's own Nick Nadel will be screening sweet holiday TV moments like Bea Arthur on the Star Wars X-mas Special.

Watch clips from weird and wacky holiday specials (like the infamous "He-Man and She-Ra: A Christmas Special") chosen by the editors of Comics Alliance, Asylum, Urlesque and StreetLevel.

If that's not enough, the first 100 people get a free drink! (The only way to watch Skeletor's heart being melted by some plucky Earth children is while intoxicated.) RSVP here, or hit up the Facebook page.

Asylum's Not-So-Silent Night of Comedy: Wednesday, Dec. 16, 6:30 p.m. at The Delancey (between Clinton and Attorney), 212-254-9920.
