Oh, that is just the NeoCons' way of taking the criminals' way of life away! By making things harder on Non-Law-Abiding-Americans they will inflate their "crime statistics" which are of course aimed at non-whites. By making stealing more difficult they will make it harder for those who choose to make a living by less traditional means more of an issue. Yes we Can!
