Forget Zhu Zhu pets, this season's hottest commodity at a new Bronx Toys 'R' Us was shopping carts. More than 500 carts (or the store's entire inventory) were stolen between Black Friday and the week of Christmas. Police are investigating the thefts and currently suspect this as work of organized gangs. Obviously, the motive is to unload them at scrap metal shops, but we like the idea of gangs rolling up in the child's seat of a shopping cart instead of a blacked-out Escalade. Perfect for handing over drugs and demanding Xbox bundles!
