"Bayonetta," the first hot game of the new year, introduces yet another comically busty, gun-toting heroine for the fanboys to drool over. The third-person action game lets you play as the titular (heh) shape-shifting witch and wield an arsenal of weapons dubbed the "Scarborough Fair." Note to game publishers: If you want your weapons to sound cool, don't name them after lilting folk ballads. Also in stores:
-- Ever wanted to be one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse? Then pick up "Darksiders," which finds War playing detective to in order to discover the cause of the end of the world. Look for character designs by Joe Madureira, artist behind "worst comic of the decade" nominee "Ultimates 3."
-- Create the ultimate fighting creature with "Divinity 2: Ego Draconis," a continuation of the "Divinity" series of dragon-heavy RPG games. It's like a scaly, horrifying version of the Build-a-Bear Workshop.
-- "Fast Food Panic" is a Nintendo DS game that lets you run a busy junk food restaurant and not, in fact, the sinking feeling of dread that inevitably sets in after a Taco Bell Crunchwrap Supreme binge.
