With the goal of sprucing up our city, the artist known as Finley decorated some dumpsters outside of the New Museum with wallpaper last week. Today, her work will be expanding to Brooklyn -- outside 25 Jay Street -- in attempts to spread her "polite graffiti."

If you're trying to clean the city, maybe you should use dumpsters for their original purpose and put trash in them. You know, instead of on them.
