The actual process of robbing a store doesn't seem too hard -- get weapon and disguise, go to store, demand money. Ta-da! Despite such a simple formula, people continue to muck it up.

The leader of a gang of criminals who hit up a deli in Kew Gardens, Queens, slammed a customer against a freezer, pulled a gun with his other hand and began demanding money from the cashier. Then he realized that he had forgotten to pull his ski mask over his face.

Fortunately, this little moment in criminal idiocy was captured on security video, so cops not only have a way to ID the guy, but the lucky jury will have something to laugh at, too.

Cops think these are the same thieves responsible for three other robberies in Queens -- pretty impressive for a group of guys led by a dude who can't tell whether or not he's wearing a ski mask.
