In the week since the devastating earthquake in Haiti, we've seen stories of tragedy (far too many), triumph (too few, but also amazing) and ugliness, but today, we caught the closest thing to a funny moment amid the human drama.

In this report from a field hospital in Port au Prince, CNN's correspondent talks about the amazing things being done by surgeons under the most difficult of circumstances.
