You've got some lady friends coming over for the Super Bowl, and chances are the only time they've seen Reggie Bush is on the hot Kardashian sister's Twitter. Sure, some girls are down with frozen chicken wings and a case of Natty Ice, but what if she's the more sophisticated type?

Jess Altieri from WineChannelTV shows us how to use wine to impress the ladies so that they stick around to get a taste of the real game. (Yeah, we don't know what that means either.)

Pregame Keys: If you plan on getting lucky, I'd start by cleaning up your dirty socks, nail clippings and the hidden video camera pointed at your bed. For $20 get a neighbor to vacuum, buy some Febreeze and a fresh roll of TP.

1st Down: Dump the beer from your fridge. Beer bloats -- that's the last thing women want. Decent white and red wine in the $10-20 range are perfect; chill some white; clean some glasses. Get a corkscrew, and for $10 you can wow the ladies. Wine glasses help over those red plastic cups too.

2nd Down: Down and out veggie tray -- don't attempt this on your own if you can't tell cauliflower from broccoli. Look downfield, hit the grocery store with a down and out produce section, ask someone for help, and get a tray made for you.

3rd Down: Chips and salsa. A $10 wine from Wal-Mart like Casillero Del Diablo will bring out the spiciness of the salsa ... and the ladies.

Get some crisp Sauvignon Blanc like Monkey Bay for less than $10, it will hit the spot with that veggie tray.

Cheese dip: Get something creamy, like Cupcake Chardonnay ... did you say you wanted some of my cupcake?

4th Down Play:
Champagne -- you can never go wrong. And, of course, this can be used for celebration ... and mimosas the morning after ...

See Jess catch up with Wine Library TV's Gary Vaynerchuk, and find out which whites you should be pairing with your chips and guacamole.
