We know a lot of people who are constantly checking their smartphones. It's not just because they're bored of our company or have ADHD; rather, they need to know what time it is, and why wear a watch when you've already spent a few hundred bucks on a phone that has, among other things, a clock? Kempler & Strauss reasoned that its only a matter of time before everyone's going to start to pine for '80s-style digital watches. So, they've created the W Phonewatch. Aside from the necessary Bluetooth connectivity, there's an SD slot to accommodate MP3s and games. It supports a finger-touch interface and looks like a snap to operate, if you have super-excellent vision.
The W goes for $200 and will start to ship at the end of February. [via GadgetCrave]
