As our friends at FilmDrunk report, Kevin Smith's assault on Southwest Airlines now includes a 24-part YouTube statement. As you may remember from earlier in the week, the portly auteur was removed from a Southwest flight for being too fat for the only seat available. Ever since, he has taken to Twitter to harangue the airline, which did apologize for the humiliating way Smith was made to comply with their policy on overweight passengers.
Smith continues to claim that, while fat, he isn't so fat he warranted being ejected from the flight. On the other hand, the crew did make the determination that Smith was inconveniencing the other passengers while knowing full well that the "Clerks" director was a famous guy who could cause a big stink.
And, let's face it, if Kevin Smith wasn't famous, he'd be the last guy anyone would want infringing upon their arm rest with his love handles.

Hey Smith, get over it you fat bastard. Go on a damn diet or have a surgical procedure, either way lose about a hundred or so pounds and your attitude toward life and people will change.
This from a person that weighed 330 and lost enough to also lose the bitter resentment toward everything and everyone.
Try it. It works.

Lost your bitter resentment to everything but Kevin Smith? Or is this your loathing of your old self in convenient "complain about Kevin Smith" form?

How can Southwest take your money assign you a seat, let you board and sit down and then mention, "Oh by the way you might need to buy another seat." That's what I see as the problem. Don't drag people off the plane...coordinate that before they are on and have an audience, where everyone watches the fatty get wrangled.
A little tact goes a long way.

I'm just so sick of hearing this guy. I'm big myself and completely agree that fat people should buy an extra seat - not only for others comfort but for my own as well. Southwest didn't make me fat nor did the other passengers so why should they have to suffer? Southwest should have taken measures to prevent this embarrassment, sure, but I think enough is enough.
