Author Edward Jay Epstein reveals everything from the cost of insuring Nicole Kidman's knee, to why Hollywood considers "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" a "masterpiece of financing." Well, that's the first time anyone has used "masterpiece" and "Tomb Raider" in the same sentence.
