The latest trailer for the summer shoot-em-up "The Expendables" got us thinking: Is Sylvester Stallone still a legitimate action hero? Sure, the cast is loaded with other monosyllabic, tough guys of yesteryear, like Dolph Lundgren, Eric Roberts and Mickey Rourke. But when stacked up against whipper-snappers Jason Statham and Jet Li, we couldn't help thinking that the 63-year-old Stallone might be getting a little too old to be running around with a machine gun, trading quips with bad guys. Our humble readers, on the other hand, bow at the altar of Stallone.

Bea Arthur proclaimed, "Fact: Stallone is the law. He can kick as much ass as he wants." Well, technically "Judge Dredd" is the law, but we get the idea.

Larry set the record straight, saying, "Stallone is the ONLY actor making real action films. He is and always will be a legend and a guy I would never f*ck with."

Hossein Sylvester sums this apparent non-argument up nicely with a sentence fragment: "Just Sylvester Stallone."

Hey Sly, I think we've found the title of your autobiography.
