If someone can take vegetarian food and make it A) easy to cook, B) taste good and C) relatively inexpensive, then I would Tivo that show. All cooking shows are either A) over the top ego inflated male chefs or B) boring women like Rachel Ray who have no personality and cook food that is completely impractical.

Finally and most importantly, I am dating a girl who is vegetarian so I need to cook to impress!

Aside from this girl being hot and creating some great recipes, it's nice to see a chef who isn't excessively hyper/cracked out of their minds! I can't stand watching a lot chef shows because they're always so manic. Leslie has a welcomed mellow vibe - does she have any more videos???

LOVE her!!! I am always referencing this blog, and I'm not even a vegetarian!! While her recipes are simple and easy to follow, they sure do impress guests and others you cook for. It would be amazing if she had her own television show, or even webisodes, because then we could watch her make the recipes step-by-step!
