If this poster announcing the arrival of In-N-Out Burger in New York is real, the nice weather and dog church will be the only edge Los Angeles has over our fine city.

CollegeHumor's honcho Ricky Van Veen snapped a photo of the poster today in Union Square, and while our gut tells us this is a very cruel April Fool's Day joke, our hearts (and mouths) want to believe it.

UPDATE: It was just a mean prank, after all. And the jokesters over at CollegeHumor were behind the whole thing.
