During a promotion called "Iams Adoptable Pet of the Game" at a Northwest Arkansas Naturals minor league game, a beagle mix named Mona took to the field, likely accompanied by many "awwww"s from the crowd.

Ain't she adorable? Sure is. Right until she deuces on the field.

It actually paid off, as someone watching said to himself, "I want that to be on my lawn!" and Mona was swiftly adopted. In fact, other people who wanted Mona but missed out took home some different dogs from the local animal shelter.

Presumably then, the nation's pet-population issues could be solved if we just let a few Yorkies crap all over Yankee Stadium. Keep reading for the video.
