This new dance craze involves a São Paulo woman in a bikini placing her ankles on a man's shoulders and then doggy-styling his face.

The Portuguese term for this, surra de bunda, actually translates to "butt beat" or "butt pounding." Wikipedia explains the whole phenomenon like this: "The performance is usually accompanied by the song of the same name.
