Sunday Big Apple BBQ
The country's top pitmasters will be flinging their fare, including brisket, pulled pork, ribs, other porky delights. After you stuff your face, fill your brain by attending one of the cooking demonstrations or panel discussions on the art of BBQ. This event is very, very non-kosher.
