I think this whole article is about awkward moments - it's not about this not being as important as the oil spill. Get a grip there. As for the shirtless father, his family must have a sense of humor or else they just made this photo to submit to journalists for their 15 min. of fame. That seems to be the trend these days. Anything to get your face where the world can see it. I respect fathers - I do wish all of them could/would face their responsibilities if they don't already. There are many wonderful fathers and I pray each day for all of them, especially the ones who have been pushed into the background through no fault of their own. Happy Father's Day - fathers. - Paula

I,m sure those girls are thankful they had a dad in their family picture. Not everyone is as lucky. Until I was 7 I didn,t have a dad for family pictures. Than I got me a stepfather who took on 5 kids, their is not a better man or Dad that walks the earth, so if he hadn,t had a shirt on for a picture we would not have cared. Because he loved and cared enough about us to be there. So for all you Dads that are there,God Bless You, even if you don,t have a shirt on.

Why is the picture with two Dads funny? Many kids, through no doing of their own have ended up with two Dads. I think it's great they were all willing to be photographed together since the picture will mean something to the boy years from now. And the body-builder Dad as someone referred to him, again, why is that funny? I think it's an outstanding photo actually. I hope AOL didn't pay for this article . . . it's pure rubbish.
