If you're going to be robbed, it may as well be by a clown. Not an actual clown -- that would be terrifying. But somebody with a sense of humor. A 29-year-old woman and an "acquaintance" were shopping at the Atlantic Center Mall, so obviously something bad was about to happen. The two were getting into a cab to drive away, when her 24-year-old not-quite-a-stranger pal asked if he could see her iPod Touch, then exited the car and took it with him, saying he would be back in a few minutes.
After waiting around for a while the woman sent him a text message asking him where he was so she could get her iPod back. His reply? "I'm at [the corner of] Psyche and You're a Fool avenues." BURN.
Although we'll see who gets the last laugh -- it's maybe not such a good idea to rob somebody who knows your name and has your number, no matter how hilarious you're going to be about it.
