Shalom, shamon! We knew there was a Jewish Elvis (and, for that matter, a Dark Elvis too), but we had no idea there was a Jewish Michael Jackson. This is what happens when you start spending more time in bars than at brisses.

Michoel Streicher, who told jurors he's the "Michael Jackson of Jewish Music," was sentenced to at least one year in jail for posing as a rabbi, then taking $36,000 from a woman to "buy a Torah."

Apparently Judy Burstein of Washington Heights was under the power of Streicher's amazing voice and would believe anything he said. Unfortunately, Streicher was not telling the truth about the Torah, which he had promised would be used by some of the greatest rabbis in Judaism, and totally under Burstein's control.

Turns out, much like that guy from "The Simpsons" who thought he was MJ, Streicher is mentally ill, but is now receiving treatment, which is good, on Rikers, which is not as good. Hopefully he takes requests, and is familiar with the King of Pop's early catalog. They don't take kindly to "Invincible"-era MJ in prison.
