18 pounds of bacon, per person, per year? doesn't that sound a 'wee' bit off? that would mean that each person is single handedly eating almost a package and a half, each month.
how much bacon do you really eat? i eat about 2 slices about once every six months, maybe less. now, i'm probably in the minority with that amount, but seriously, a package and a half every month? that's bacon several days a week, every week. i don't know a single person that eats that much bacon

I eat a lot of bacon, I actually eat a pack of bacon in 2 days. So thats roughly 3 1/2 packs a week.

I believe those numbers sound accurate. A package and a half a month you say? Let's do the math. Estimating for the moment that there are 15 slices in a package, that's a slice or two every other day or 4 to 6 slices every weekend. That is less bacon than I eat, and that's assuming it's not being eatin on salads and burgers as well. You eat very little bacon, you are not the norm.

Baltimore/Washington D.C. and Dallas/Ft. Worth make sense, but why are San Antonio and Corpus Christi lumped together? They're about 150 miles apart.
