Warsaw, Ohio, just got way more interesting than it has any right to be: A local strip club recently launched an all-out offensive against the town menace, the New Beginnings Ministries Church.Sources say that for the past four years Pastor Bill Dunfee has been harassing Tommy George and his Foxhole strip joint. What's worse is that Dunfee and his ilk are a full seven country miles from the private business, yet bother to show up every weekend to block traffic, take photos of customers' license plates to upload to their shaming site and just generally condemn and insult George.
"Tom George is a parasite, a man without judgment," Dunfee told the local press. "The word of Jesus Christ says you cannot share territory with the devil."
What happened to love thy neighbor, pastor? George himself believes in an eye for an eye, so he set up shop outside the church on days of worship -- with his strippers in tow.
Gina Hughes, one of the exotic dancers, is married with six little ones, says she makes $2,000 a week and complained of being called a "homewrecker and a whore" -- neither of which she actually is. She agrees with George that the goons at New Beginnings are hypocrites, and their offers of "salvation" are not wanted.
So, she and the other girls set up their lawn chairs in front of the church carrying signs bearing slogans about Pastor Dunfee -- although they have stopped short of insulting and humiliating the churchgoers. Instead, they sit there in bikinis and eat hamburgers and accept the praises of their many fans.

Hey Pastor Dunfee, "Judge not, lest ye be judged", sound familiar? "Vengence is mine sayeth the Lord", how about that one? Maybe, "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone"? As for your choice about, not sharing territory with the devil, that is a stretch, they are what 7 miles away?

I don't even need to read the article. I know the strip club owner is in the right.

VERY Good Points! What's the matter "Pastor", is the Fox Hole too far away for you to justify a visit so it needs to be closed? It COULD be worse I suppose, your 'church' could be like the one in Pahrump, NV, sitting BETWEEN 2 legal Brothels and sharing a parking lot with both of them! I'm NOT against any religion (in fact, I do believe!) but, I am against any religious group that *thinks* they know what God 'wants', even though there's NOTHING about it in the Bible! It's just like Gambling; 'Christians' call it a sin but where in the Bible does it say that? Gambling (Casting lots) is mentioned in the Bible 3 times and one verse says "In the casting of lots, God controls the outcome, not man.". Let's keep it simple so it can be understood: Only God can judge people! The Bible says that "All have sinned and come short of the Glory of God". So, unless you have nail-prints in your wrists and feet, can walk on water, heal the sick and raise the dead, YOU CAN'T JUDGE ANYBODY! Worry about yourselves!

This man of the clothe is going FAR beyond what he should be doing, if I saw him taking my photo and license and blocking me I would run him OVER, smash his camera in front of his face and then step on him not to allow him to move and see how it feels to interfere with other peoples lives! As a man of the cloth we are here to advice NOT PURSUE and ENGAGE these things, if a person wants to go to a joint like that it is their business. If someone feels they need to go to Church that is their business as well. Maye GEORGE should take his possey and BLOCK him Church and allow no one in to attend and see how the bad Reverend likes his place being photo shot blocked and harassed that is what he is doing is making an A$$ of himself and making others of the cloth look bad. Their are other more subtle means if he has issues with George and his place. TO me seems he is just jealous they do not want him there or will not take him business who would want to take a jack a$$ like that in their business anyways. I say George is PROTECTED as long as he is breaking NO LAWS and the PASTOR/REV should be fined for harassment and arrested for invasion of others privacy the day he takes my photo is the day he has it smashed on the ground and we can debate it cloth to cloth! He makes the cloth look bad please do not think all Reverends are like that most are not like Priests and have sworn no celibacy hence why their is no cases of boy molestation as in the Catholic Church! Grow up and get with the times you shameful man who dares wear the cloth!
I may be ordained but I still support free enterprise and as long as he is not breaking any laws George is in the right here and not the Church they should MIND THEIR OWN BUSINESS. GEORGE CALL THE POLICE ON HIM FILE A HARASSMENT COMPLAINT AND GET YOUR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS TO AS WELL AND BLOCK HIS CHURCH IN Return karma does pay out!

This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. He is a representative of CHRISTIANITY. He has forgotten how Jesus handled things. Jesus did not swoop in on so called evil. He let it be known where he was preaching and let them come to him if they wanted to hear it. He waiting to be called into action and when he did go it was in a hands on healing capacity and council, not protest and harassment. Some representative. Way to go.

The Pastor brings shame to Christians. There are a lot of radical Christians who do these offensive acts. Jesus did not mock the sinner or put to shame a woman had committed adultry. This Pastor needs to go back to seminary school. Those who sin, will be judged. Christians are to love and teach not commit an offensive and judge others. He brings the Christian name to shame.

Dang -- If I were the pastor I wouldn't be too worried. He does have it wrong though -- the strippers aren't evil -- they're just ugly. One was fat and ugly, the other was skinny and ugly. The pastor could put a counter-protest sign -- "Honk If You Think These Strippers Are Ugly"....!!!!

Do your homework. There is no record of separation of 'church and state' in the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States, or in our Bill of Rights. What we do have is a guaranteed right to religion - not from religion.
It's so sad that the average high school or college graduate can't pass a basic civics test.
The church's mandate is to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength and to love your neighbor as yourself and also to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit...
It's hard to believe that some Christians believe you can make anyone a disciple by shaming them. You don't win souls into the Kingdom of God by wagging your finger at them - you win converts for Christ by coming alongside of them in genuine good will through acts of kindness and friendship. It's only then that you earn the right to speak truth into their lives. If Jesus taught us nothing else it is that it's all about relationship.

I can't believe that their are guys out there who would actually sit there and pay those really ugly women to dance naked for them. WTF is wrong with some of these men.
Oh and to the stripper with six kids. Maybe if you actually bought some pills or used condoms you wouldn't have to worry about stripping to take care of those kids and could have gotten a real job and supporting only 1 or 2 kids.
If you can't properly take care of your kids....DON'T HAVE THEM!

"Maybe if you actually bought some pills or used condoms you wouldn't have to worry about stripping to take care of those kids and could have gotten a real job and supporting only 1 or 2 kids."
1)It never indicates that she's complaining about stripping, or that she has trouble taking care of her children.
2)Maybe her faith says she can't use birth control.
3)She's making $2,000 a week. What are you making? I think she can probably do okay for her kids with $100,000/year.

Boy do you not know who you are talking to and those who ranked my comments low. I make more than that with a REAL JOB! I'm 26yrs old and I only have 2 kids AND I'm not stripping to support them! I actually bust my ass to get where I am today by hard work and dedication, not stripping at some bar for perverted men.
If her religion doesn't allow her to use birth control then I'm 100% her religion wouldn't like her stripping so your comment made no sense at all! Think before you type. Just goes to show how moronic people are that your comment is higher than mine even though I brought up a valid point. This is why women will be nothing more than T&A until the end of time and women like me have to prove ourselves day in and day out to show we can run with the men without having to use our bodies to get to the top!
She is stripping because she couldn't take care of those kids! Why else would she have to strip in a small town. Dare I say Duh?!

Again, it never said she's stripping to support her kids. Maybe it's actually something she enjoys doing! Can you say you enjoy your job? I bet you work some dead-end, thankless job, busting your ass and getting no satisfaction for it. This gal gets satisfaction from her job. And she loves big families! YOU think before you type. You may think you're all high and mighty, Miss I-Worked-Hard-To-Get-Where-I-Am-And-I-Only-Have-Two-Kids, but who really gives a rat's ass about you in the long run besides your family. You are the type of person who loves to glorify themselves by being an ass in comments when all it does is make YOU look bad.

If you look at the Gospels, Jesus had much greater rebuke and condemnation for the "religious" people of His day than He did for those that were caught up in sin. Never once do I recall an encounter Jesus had with sinners in which He called them a brood of vipers and hypocrites, but He sure did refer to the scribes and Pharisees as such. Maybe an expression of the grace of God might touch their hearts more than some protests. I'm just sayin'...

If you think that Jesus didn't care about sin, I'm not sure what Bible you're reading. When Jesus saved the aldulterous woman who was about to be stoned, he said, "Let he who is WITHOUT SIN cast the first stone." When the men put down the stones, he said to the woman, "Neither do I condemn you. Go and SIN NO MORE."
