A Chinese man who has dealt with huge breasts for the last 10 years finally had them surgically removed. Guo Qingpo, 53, from Dezhou, Shandong province, first began to grow man breasts, or "moobs," 10 years ago. At the start, he didn't think anything of it, believing he was simply putting on weight as he got older.



However, over the next few years, his breasts began to grow extremely quickly, while other parts of his body remained the same. A desperate Guo said he visited numerous hospitals in major cites within China, but none of them could explain why he'd suddenly sprouted moobs.

Eventually, Jinan Chest Hospital invited more than 20 specialists from around the country to have a group consultation concerning Guo's rare condition. Experts believe that Guo suffers from lipodystrophy syndrome, a disturbance of fat metabolism that often involves the abnormal deposition and distribution of fat in the body.

Although normally we'd mourn the loss of such a glorious set, we are happy that Guo is finally free of his burdensome man boobs, if only for his lower back's sake.
