"Star Wars" characters from the local 501st Legion chapter, Garrison Titan, attempted to recreate the cover image from the Beatles album "Abbey Road." Darth Vader, Boba Fett, stormtroopers and other characters from the "Star Wars" films got honks, waves and cheers from passing vehicles on a Seattle road.
While we appreciate any and all "Star Wars" happenings, this image seems a little off from the original (pictured below). Maybe it's the angle? Too many participants? An AT-AT driver smiling at us? We can't put our finger on it. It did, however, inspire us to check out what other "Abbey Road" attempts were out there. Keep reading to see other Beatles fans who slightly missed the mark.

Leia's stunt double leads the charge. Wrong way, fellas!

Travel companions are a must.

Paper Vegas aside, we probably wouldn't peg rubber-ducky Ringo as the Hunter S. Thompson of the bunch.

We're all for a lunch-break "Abbey" attempt, especially when office George brings the funk.

"Aren't you a little short for a stormtrooper?"

"Where we're going, we don't need roads."

Dudebro Paul, this is no time for piggyback rides!

Face forward, backpacker George!

"Airbender" Road.

Hippies? Check. LSD? Check. One barefoot member out of place? Check.

Avoid the extreme leg kick. This attempt is one heil from über-fail.

Too much crowd. Not enough Beatle.

I've been to the actual "Abbey" road and it has alot of warning signs as many people trying to recreate the famous pose get hit by traffic, it really is a very busy area.

The re-creators need to elevate their cameras to about 10 or 12 feet to get the right downward angle of the original photo which shows the sweep of the road.
