Finally, something to make bike riding through the city slightly more fun (as opposed to terrifying). A brilliant person with a few cans of spray paint and some stencils has turned a bike lane in Portland, Ore., into a "Mario Kart" race track.Last week, the lane was enhanced with images of bananas, stars and speed arrows, which, although awesome, do not give those who ride over them any powers or penalties. Still, video footage from a local news station shows that most cyclists avoid the banana peel at all costs.
