Our friends at FilmDrunk have the first picture of battered famous person Rihanna on the set of the movie "Battleship." And yes, "Battleship" is based on the board game Battleship, with the little pegs and the no-peeking.To spruce things up, the movie "Battleship" will involve an alien invasion.
"Battleship" follows in the board-game-turned-movie footsteps of "Clue" and "Jumanji."
While it's true it's not the most fluid of transitions -- some board games can be a little, ah, two-dimensional -- we're pretty sure there are some other board game favorites that could work on the big screen.
So, which board game do you think would make for the best movie? Make sure to use the comment section to point out any board-based games of chance or skill that we missed.
