Lots of iPhone apps are great fun, but using them to annoy strangers can be tough. So, the makers of the Parrot AR.Drone unleashed a new toy on the world: a WiFi-enabled remote control flyer that can be controlled via iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad. Finally, you can get a girl's attention in the manner Steve Jobs intended: by buzzing her hair with an accelerometer-controlled RC toy that streams video of what's in front of it directly to your iThingy.
Apparently there's also a game to these things -- if you have a friend who has an iPhone and a Parrot AR.Drone of his or her own. We're pretty sure, however, that the real point of the drone is just to be all "I'm flying this thing with my phone, dudes."
It will be sold at Brookstone, obviously, and costs $299. Check below for video of the Parrot AR.Drone in action.
