While you were home polishing your guns in preparation for the "Boardwalk Empire" premiere, furry, four-legged surfers were out hangin' 20 during the Second Annual Surf City Surf Dog competition. Mutts of all shapes and sizes busted out their duck boards and floatees for a ride on the waves of Huntington Beach, CA, in an effort to raise money for various charities.
