Ever heard of the Siberian Divers' Club? Well they're a bunch of crazy Russian cats who recently spent a weekend trying to ski and ride bikes underwater. And guess what? It's not that easy, as the footage below proves.
Lake Baikal, just north of the Mongolian border in Russia, is 5,500 feet deep. The intrepid aqua-cyclists plumbed for a shallower portion to try out their experiment, but they still discovered that it's fantastically difficult to keep the wheels on the bottom of the lake. Only a couple of the participants actually managed to "cycle."
The club has decided that this will be the first in a yearly tradition of trying to do odd things underwater. Next year, golf, maybe?
