It's not every day you get a chance to show your poker face to a real, live card-playing champ. So, why not do it to one as nice to look at as Beth Shak? We've covered the sexy shark before, but this time we're offering up the opportunity for four lucky players to compete along with Beth in a charity event on Oct. 12 at the luxurious Lucky Strike Lanes in New York City.
Keep reading for details about the giveaway, the event and a video of Beth starring in an episode of our "Hot Girl, Cool Job" series.
What's the Deal?
Since Beth is actually a really nice person, as well as a pretty face, we decided to organize an event where you and other attendees will have a chance to play some poker and win some money for your favorite charity.
Where's the Action?
The event will be held at Manhattan's Lucky Strike Lanes (pictured below). For the event, we'll have unlimited bowling in private lanes, billiards, signature cocktails, appetizers and, of course, a bunch of poker tables for guests to try to beat the pants off of each other. (For a good cause, of course.)

Do You Want In?
If you want to get in on the action, just leave a comment below telling us which charity you want to play for. Four of you will be able to claim a spot at the table with Beth. Even if you don't win a spot, you can still join in on the fun by purchasing tickets for the event.
(Note: Unfortunately, we can't pony up the travel and hotel dollars, so please only enter if you're able to get to New York City under your own steam).

A chance to meet (and maybe beat) Beth and raise money for a charity sounds like a great evening to me!
Just lost my mother-in-law to cancer so I'd be playing for Taylor Hospice in suburban Philadelphia.

Mine would the The Education Trust, because in addition to providing in class changes to help schools in impoverished neighborhoods they also train teachers to analyze the effectiveness of their courses and rework curricula to help all students learn.

The charity I'd like to play for is The Make a Wish Foundation. There's just NOTHING better in this world than to bring a smile to a sick childs face.
I play poker, and would welcome the opportunity to take Beth Shak to "the felt". She deserves a little competition--- and I will give her all she can handle,

The charity I would like to play for is the National Kidney Foundation, which seeks to match donors with over 45,000 needy recipients in the U.S. I'm a 28 year old New Yorker, who recently underwent a kidney transplant, a little over a year ago. I was adopted by an American Family from Korea when I was a baby, along with my twin brother. In my teens I was diagnosed with Lupus, which led to my eventual transplant. As luck would have it, my one blood relative whom I knew existed, was my twin brother. I was reluctant to accept his offer, out of concern for his potential future need, however when I was presented with the length and difficulties surrounding the current recipient list, I was left with little choice.
Via many conversations with my transplant team, I learned that there are an incredible amount of people waiting to receive a transplant each year, yet only a few actually get them. I believe this is due to lack of awareness and education surrounding kidney transplants, and I would be proud to be able to help further this cause. I also happen to be an avid poker player (a result of much down time during the recovery process :)), and would love the opportunity to play against a well-known pro, but to also represent my charity.
Thank you for your consideration,
John Harvey Faurholt.

I am a big fan of Beth's and would love the opportunity to win some money for the Make a Wish Foundation. I have been involved with an annual Make a Wish event in New Jersey for a number of years, and I am well aware of the joy that granting these wishes can mean to sick children. I have seen this first hand. When I win, and hand the check over to Make a Wish, I know the money will be put to good use.
