Juan J. Rodriguez spiced up a Barack Obama rally in the Philadelphia area Sunday by running naked in front of the president as he addressed the crowd.BattleCam, which is kind of like an Internet "American Idol," offered a million dollars to anyone who was able strip naked, paint "BattleCam.com" on his chest and then shout the name of the website six times within earshot of the president.
Sometime today, BattleCam will announce whether Rodriguez fulfilled all these requirements, making him eligible for the million. The local D.A.'s office will also have to decide soon the extent to which they are going to prosecute Rodriguez, who was arrested for indecent exposure, public lewdness and disorderly conduct.
The 24-year-old will learn shortly whether he gets a million dollars or he has to go jail -- or both or neither.
We want to know what you think his fate should be. Read on for the arguments for and against streaking the president.

| He should get jail time and no cash | |
| He should get neither the money nor the jail time | |
| He should get both the money and jail time |
Pay the Man
That's easily the most exciting thing that's happened at an Obama speech since the inauguration.
It seems appropriate that the ultimate expression of freedom should be expressed in front of the leader of the free world.
If everybody showed up to presidential appearances completely naked, it would save taxpayers a lot of money on Secret Service costs.
Lock Him Up
Guerrilla marketing has too much potential to be reduced to a bunch of naked people running about.
Despite a fairly well publicized $1 million bounty, it took two months for anyone to take BattleCam up on its offer -- which suggests even the fame-seeking BattleCam community thought this stunt was beyond the pale.
With two large-scale military conflicts, an economy that doesn't seem to be improving and declining approval ratings to deal with, is it really fair that Barack Obama also has to worry about seeing random dudes' junk whenever he gets in front of a crowd?
