Imagine you're a cop. A naked man is running along the pavement, wearing just a pair of goggles and his birthday suit. You ask him to stop. He doesn't. Do you taser him? Sure, you do! Zak Anthony King, an 18-year-old, part-time nudist, received the nasty end of everyone's favorite neuro-muscular-incapacitation gun, taking the zap while he was running down Hollywood Boulevard in West Melbourne, Fla.
There were cameras on the cops' helmets to catch the event in action, the footage of which you can see below.
Of course, this is far from the first Taser-based blunder we've seen. There's the cop trying to Taser a bull, the Phillies fan who got shocked on-field, the policewoman who felt the voltage from a colleague and the original classic, "Don't tase me bro!"
But why was he running down the road naked, anyway? It might have something to do with him telling police the day before that he had "superpowers." Really. True story.

Cops in the 1970's didn't need Tasers to arrest streakers. Today's cops are a bunch of sissies.

Cops are worthless. They think they are above the law. PROOF> Florida cops, Jacksonville Fl 15 Oct 2010, shot a guy 28 times, true was wanted for murder, and was guilty prob. But 28 times?

Why didn't the police just pull their car in front of the jogger? was it because the police officer want to chase a naked boy? did he get hie jollies following a naked butt? no he could have caught up and pulled his car in front of the jogger. I hope the kid sues the pervert.

It wouldnt bother me to see a naked guy jogging(IF HE WAS HOT),but I much rather see a hotdog on a bun with mustard, than see one flapping in the breeze, lol

The cops saw that he was packing so they used the taser correctly .

This just happened in Montana too. A Guy who was naked had to be tased 4 times because he was combative with police officers. He died later of cardiac arrest. They say it was because he was strung out on meth and not because of the tassing.

Sounds like the movie "Porkey's, when the cops stopped the naked kid. But, in the movie they just drove him home. Today we have "Taser Happy" cops.

Just another example of police using their authority in a frightening way....yeah, the kid may have been doing wrong, but was he a threat to anyone, including the officer? Or..how about the Chicago policeman who beat up a female bartender for not serving him drunk: basically got off free. Or..how about the cop killing two teen girls in a head-on crash while going 126 mph...and talking to his girl on the cell? Nothing done to him..not a day in jail..or...well...it goes on and on....People, wake up and demand a limit to what the police can do. We're not talking about legal and Constitutional law enforcement, but the bully cop who literally can get away with murder. We are fast losing our rights as ciizens; just like prewar Nazi Germany.

When you have a suspect running naked or otherwise down the street and he refuses to stop and you have advised that you will tazer him/her, the officer has to assume that your higher than a kite on some drug or a fleeing felon. as to the Chicago cop who beat the woman up in a bar,1- he was off duty 2-he was drunk and 3- he violated several rules of their police department. I understand that he was fired (good call there) and is to be tried for felony assault. if you are suprised the officer tazed the s.o.b. too bad. you eveidently have never had to fight with a drugged out person either as a peace officer or a citizen. bet some of you are the type that would just stand around and watch someone die instead of helping them!

This officer did exactly the right thing. Don't be ignorant about what was potentially and probably happening there. Please take some time to read up on Excited Delirium, a potentially fatal event. This guy may well have saved his life. This is not a silly litle thing that deserves a laugh.
