This review is completely accurate. This product is a complete waste of money. If you google realtouch forum it won't take you long to find a site that is full of realtouch users expressing their angst over what a dud this thing is. You plunk down all of this money and the thing only lasts a couple of months. The reason the lube pump stopped working is because lube is leaking into and completely rusting the device. If you were take yours apart you'd likely find it completely rusted inside. Doesn't sound very healthy, does it? Speaking of health problems, anyone who has already bought one should be aware that for like the first year the company was accepting and inspecting used devices at the same facility from which it shipped replacement and some new devices. Hmmm. Wonder what they did with those used devices? Also note that the product was apparently such a dud that all sales have ceased and have been for months with no word of why except for some lame press release saying they were out of stock. It doesn't take THAT long to restock a product. But it would take that long and longer to redesign and reproduce a crappy product.
